The latest phase of the multi-tenanted facility, Block 1D – ‘The Navigator’, which amounts to 400,000 sqft, is located on the South-West boundary of the ITPB campus. It comprises of a 12 storey structure with service areas being accommodated at the rear of the building, and an attached multilevel car parking facility for some 185 cars. This project was voted the best managed site project, adhering to sound construction practices.
