Fusionopolis is the hub of the Infocomm Technology and Media industries. This $500-million development comprises a building of 23 storeys and another of 28 storeys, with a total space of 120,000m2. Built to induce distinct "uptown" vibrancy, the development employs innovative building technologies. It will be the first building in Singapore which uses the super column construction method, with the floor plates laid on a single central upper column instead of multiple beams.
