Responsibilities:

• Responsible for executing projects in architectural works for building construction
• Liaise with the client’s team and sub-contractors on design issues
• Co-ordinate, monitor and control architectural subcontractors’ progress and quality of works
• Co-ordinate, organise and prepare all architectural drawings, documents and works; as well as understand the specifications, drawings, scope and sequence of works

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture
• At least 2 years site experience in large-scale general building/civil engineering works
• Understand building by-laws, sequence of construction and available/alternative construction materials/methods
• Computer literate with strong communication skills
• Able to work at a Tuas
