SMM is the Facilities Management arm of JURONG International. Our mission is to be a strategic partner to provide comprehensive services for the built environment for real estate asset owners and end users. The company started in 1996 by SembCorp Industries as SembPark Midland Management, a specialist FM contractor for the integrated facilities management and maintenance contract of Singapore Ministry of Defence's Operational Areas. JURONG International acquired the company in 2002 and was renamed as SMM Pte Ltd.

We have grown and currently servicing the contracts with many government agencies, industrialists, education institutions, research institutions and real estate owners in Singapore. In UAE, we have been working with our sister company to provide project managers, quality assurance managers and FM professionals to meet the contractual obligations with our valued customers there since 2005.
