A Singapore consortium led by JURONG International clinched the Dalian Changxing Island Coastal Industrial Zone master planning contract awarded by the municipal government. Changxing Island is located 120 km north to the city of Dalian.

The master plan of the industrial zone covers an area of 78 sqkm with land uses for industrial, residential, commercial, R&D and other communal facilities.
