JURONG International was engaged as the Infrastructure master planner for the Anqing Daguan Economy Development Zone. The scope of services included land use planning and infrastructure facility planning.

Innovations implemented by JURONG International included a relocation of the water supply plant within the site to beyond the chemical park, reducing earthwork and planning road network to follow topography contours.
