Singtel owns the building (GFA 24,000 sqm) at Serangoon North, housing its subsidiaries including the call centre, as well as retail outlets (Hello Shop). SMM's role as the Managing Agent is to look after the building and its associated facilities to ensure that they are well maintained and safe for use. It covers the supervision of contractors providing cleaning and conservancy, ground care, horticulture, pest control, maintenance of building, mechanical, electrical and plumbing services. Regular inspections for health, safety and statutory requirements are conducted, as well as fire drills. In addition, we also provide consultancy for additions, alterations, repairs and redecoration works required by the owner.
