Ngee Ann Polytechnic has apartments for teaching staff from overseas, students on research/exchange program and overseas visitors on short term stay. These apartments are located in Kismis Avenue, Yuan Ching Road and Cavenagh Garden. SMM main role as the Main Contractor is to ensure that the apartments and its surrounding (including sport facilities, sport field, playground, changing rooms) are well maintained in good proper state. In addition, we are to manage all tenancy matters and the marketing and leasing of all units on behalf of the Client.
