Services rendered for this project included master planning, infrastructure design and construction management of a Free Trade Zone (FTZ) and a Logistics Storage Zone (LSZ) of approximate land area of 900 and 1,000 hectares respectively. The client is the Ministry of Economy & Commence of State of Qatar. The land area for LSZ has been increased from 873 hectares to 1195 hectares and the land area for FTZ remains at 574 hectares. The project has 6 stages.
