MICRON Semiconductor Xi'an plant is located at Xi'an High Technology Development Zone by MICRON Technologies. The site consists 30 hectares of land to be developed in phases. For Phase I, a GFA of 18,000 m2 facility including necessary plant utilities and infrastructure was developed. Micron Technology is one of Fortune Top 500, and also the leading manufacturer for super-high quality memory semiconductor in the world. After establishing companies in Xiamen and Shanghai, Micron invested USD 2 Billion more in Xi'an China to set foot on testing and assembly.
