JURONG China had secured a consultancy project with Shin Kong Mitsukoshi (SKM) to provide Project Management Services to for their commercial complex development project in Suzhou Industrial Park.

SKM is the largest of the supermarket department store chains in Taiwan. The company is a joint venture between the Japanese department store chain, Mitsukoshi Ltd. and the Taiwan-based Shin Kong Group. The goal of this chain is to provide Taiwan with top brand names for high end shopping in the country. They have a total of 12 stores in Taiwan of which two are in Tainan City. SKM set their first store in Beijing, China in year 2007 with a GFA of 180,000 and followed with the second store in Chengdu, China.

The development located in the CBD of Suzhou Industrial Park, is their third store in China with a total project GFA of 162,805sqm - above ground with GFA of 94,823.13sqm and basement with GFA of 64,381.87sqm. The buildings included a 22 storey offices cum 8 storey shopping mall with 4 storey basement.
