The Tianjin Eco City Landmark Building is located within the 26.6ha Eco-Business Park in the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Startup Area. As this is the first building within the EBP, it is intended to be a showcase and catalyst for the entire business park.

The 48,500 sqm building is designed as a tower-podium block with a 7-storey podium and 19-storey tower block. The building functions include R&D offices, commercial, F&B, recreational and other ancillary services.

The building is to be LEED Silver certified as well as GBES Silver certified. The eco/green features include the use of solar thermal, Pneumatic Waste Collection System (PWCS), and District Heating & Cooling System (DHCS).
