JURONG Consultants was appointed by India’s Karle Group to be the project manager for the Karle Premium building, situated  in the busy hub of south east Bangalore on Old Airport Road and flanked by Leela Palace, a premium 7 star hotel.

This commercial building consists of a basement and 4 upper floors, covering a built-up area of some 85000 sq.ft.  Key features of the building includes the use of large glass panels, aluminum composite panels as well as special ventilated tiles imported from Germany which lowers air-conditioning requirements as well as noise pollution.

The entire construction process conformed strictly to ISI standards, NBO codes as well as local building byelaws.

With JURONG Consultants’ strong project management, Karle Premium was completed in 8 months’ time and the total cost of construction was 10% lower than industry’s standards.
