JURONG Consultants has been awarded the Cleantech 2 project by JTC. JCP’s winning design has 50% space which utilizes day lighting, and generates 50% less heat compared to BCA’s Green Platinum requirement. It also has a fully naturally ventilated carpark. The total GFA of the project is 38,000 sqm.
