JURONG Consultants has just secured MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY HUB BUILDING (Medtech) project awarded by JTC. This is a 9 storeys facility designed to house the full horizontal and vertical components of the Medtech manufacturing value chain, enabling greater operational efficiencies, economies of scale and active collaboration. The total GFA for the project is 50,000 sqm. The scope of services provided includes Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical, Civil & Structural & QS.
