JTC develops the industrial areas with proper roads, drains, utilities, signages, footpaths and landscapes. There are pockets of vacant land reserved for industrial development. SMM’s role as the Main Contractor is to provide maintenance of the facilities, cleanliness, grass cutting, plant care and regular patrol of the vacant land to prevent unauthorised use.
