The HiTech Park is located at the western edge of Riyadh, 15km from the city centre. The vision is to create an “Innovative Community” through the provision of a self-sustaining, flexible and dynamic mix of uses. The clustering of industry, R&D, commerce, housing, white sites and public open space into a hybrid community created mutable boundaries for interaction and networking. When completed, this project will serve as a catalyst for technological and economic growth in the district.
