The Lagos Free Trade Zone (FTZ) is located at Lekki, approximately 65km from the city of Lagos. With a vision to establish a high value-added petrochemical industry with state-of-the-art infrastructure, the fully integrated FTZ is carefully planned to include port facilities, a petrochemical hub, supporting utilities and an industrial and logistics park. The team ensured efficient use of space within the FTZ with zoned industrial clustering and an ideal mix of land use. This FTZ will benefit the Nigerian economy in direct investment and improve the petroleum refining sector.
