NAVIGATOR is an office complex comprised of 12 storeys with 411,150 sq ft of office space as well as a multi-level car park space for 185 cars. Located at International Tech Park Campus at Whitefield, Bangalore, this building block is centrally air-conditioned with provision for building automation system for various services. The unique feature is the flat slab and column structure. Columns are generally spaced at 12m in either direction, having at least three bays in the shorter direction. This allowed for more usable floor space. Foundations are either isolated or combined depending on column loadings and spacing, thus satisfying the recommendations of SBC in the soil investigation report.
