| • | Provide routine inspections, co-ordination and attend to clients’ requests |
| • | Ensure Technicians, sub-contractors or term contractors carry out PM and CM works according to schedules and SOPs |
| • | Assist to provide feasibility studies and proposals to clients |
| • | Compile all the required information and reports, etc. |
| * | Diploma/NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/ Building |
| * | Minimum 3 years’ experience in M&E maintenance service |
| * | Pro-active attitude and constantly strive to improve work efficiency and a team player |
| * | Experience in BMS will be an advantage |
| * | Shift duties may be required |
