| • | Plan, formulate and manage the operation and maintenance of facilities according to clients’ requirements |
| • | Lead a team of Engineers, Executives, Technicians and sub-contractors to provide quality and timely services |
| • | Administer and manage contracts including co-ordination of annual budget, etc. |
| • | Attend meetings and prepare management reports |
| * | Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering |
| * | Minimum 5 years’ experience in M&E maintenance and facility management services |
| * | Able to lead service teams for optimal performance |
| * | Good interpersonal and communication skills |
| * | Pro-active attitude and constantly strive to improve work efficiency |
| * | PE certification preferred |
