| • | Plan service programme and ensure timely execution |
| • | Lead a team of Executives, Technicians and Sub-Contractors to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works according to schedules and SOPs |
| • | Co-ordinate additional & alteration works |
| • | Conduct feasibility studies, and provide proposals and solutions to clients |
| • | Prepare reports, and attend to requests and meetings |
| * | Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience in M&E maintenance service |
| * | Diploma holder with 5 years of relevant experience may apply |
| * | Strong technical knowledge in M&E systems such as ACMV system, BAS, etc |
| * | Experience in building maintenance, troubleshooting and additional & alteration works |
| * | Team player with a pro-active attitude and who constantly strives to improve work efficiency |
