| • | Manage technical & service contracts and tender documentations |
| • | Develop & implement procedures and performance measures to ensure timely, budget and quality delivery |
| • | Conduct regular meetings with clients and contractors |
| • | Lead a team of Engineers and Executives to provide facility management services |
| * | Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Facility Management-related disciplines with minimum 5 years of experience as a team lead in facility or project management |
| * | Good knowledge in M&E systems |
| * | Diploma holders with minimum 10 years of relevant experience may also apply |
| * | Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills |
